I was really interested to see how smooth Mel’s is. People have been telling me that it required a real hard crunch and perfect timing. I am not seeing that in Mel’s roll. Instead I am seeing a very smooth graceful roll. Very inspiring and it motivates me to practice harder next weekend at the pool session.
