Hot, humid and raining but still a great walk through the woods, fabulous views from the top. K was a trooper and kept going all the way down to the water and back up the valley. We burned a few calories and then undid the benifit with icecream in Red Wing on the way home :). And in case you were wondering the pot roast is doing great in the slow cooker.
