Mummy Roll

A: Start laying back on the aft deck with arms stretched out on each side. Then fold your right arm across your chest and then your left arm over the top of your right arm.

B: For a right handed roll reach left hand over the left side, roll in towards left keeping body pressed against deck.

C: Simultaneously sweep your left hand and right hand both towards the right side of kayak in a deep wide arc. Rotate the kayak, pressing hard with right knee.

D: End with arms spread out wide for balance. Only sit up once the kayak is stable in the end position.
