Rolling Stick Roll, back to back

Like the mummy roll but aided with a rolling stick

A: Start laying back on the aft deck with arms crossed. Your right arm holding the norsaq over your left arm.

B: For a right handed roll reach right hand (holding stick) over the left side, roll in towards left keeping body pressed against deck. Wait until your hand is above the surface again.

C: With one wide stretching sweep of the rolling stick, rotate the kayak pressing hard with right knee.

D: End with arms spread out wide for balance. Then re-cross your arms. Only sit up once the kayak is stable in the end position.
