Norsaq Chest Scull

A: Hold the norsaq in your right hand. Twist your torso clockwise and face right.

B: Place the norsaq flat on the waters surface. Apply firm constant pressure to the kayak masik with your knee or thigh. Slowly lean out and away from the kayak. Pushing the norsq ahead of you with your outstretched arm.

C: Lie flat on the water with the kayak rotated fully so it is upside down. Scull the norsaq to provide additional force to keep you at the surface.

D: Recover in the fashion of all forward finishing norsaq rolls. Rotate your torso forward. Arch your back to push your head down. Sweep the norsaq wide and then down in a big arc finishing under the hull. Bring your head low towards the center of the kayak keeping it in the water until the last moment.
