I spent a couple of hours yesterday building the first prototype of a skeg for the girls Kayaks. Designed to be replaceable and in the style of an inverted sharks fin.
The first test afloat confirmed the kayaks now track easier in a straight line, maybe a little too easy….. More experimentation needed.
