I cooked a new recipe tonight for dinner, Noodles with Roast Pork and Almond Sauce, it was from this months Cooking Light magazine. I mention this because it tasted awesome, and unusually both J and I loved it.The only thing I would change was to cook the pork loin a little longer as it was too rare for us.
After dinner I refitted my paddle carrier to the SUT, and then worked on polishing some of the abrasions from the Tahe’s deck.
